Welcome!!

I am very excited about being able to have a blog!! My mom is "SmellingCoffee"and my dad is "UncommonSenseforToday". This blog is about my journey through life, moving to a different state although I never have moved before, and all that God has in store for my life.

Jeremiah 29:11 is my theme verse because it means a lot to me in this time of my life. I know that God knows what is ahead in my future and as I trust Him, He gives me strength and hope.

I hope to write often and you will come back to visit!!!

congrats Abi on getting your blog on. I love your mama's blog and now I am going to love yours. I love the background design, it is so cute.
My daughter's name is Abigail. She is 8 years old.
So good luck and I love your bible verse as well.

Abi! I just started blogging too (turtlegirltwirl.blogspot.com)! I am thrilled about your blog and know I will enjoy it. I hope you get as much out of it as I am. I don't have any comments on mine, so you are way ahead of me already! I do love Jeremiah 29:11 and am just as excited to see what God has planned for you! We love you so much already and I'm looking forward to your future blogs. Audrey Morehead (FBC C'land) (aka Turtle Girl)

I have to tell you that I LOVE your mother. She is the kindest genuine person and I'm so glad I've gotten to know her, even though it's only been online (so far).

I want to encourage you to blog as this is such a wonderful place to encourage others and learn from others too.

I'll have to follow you. There are other teen bloggers. I'm thinking of Lexi who is 16 years old. Here's her link: http://www.choosingtowait.blogspot.com.

Her mom is also a blogger and that's how I came to know about her.

Blessings and hugs,
Debbie

Dear Abi, My father was a pastor and we moved a lot because he was very good at starting new churches and building them, too. I was the "new girl" a lot! I look back now and would not trade those "moves" because I learned so much about people in different areas and I think it helped me to reach out to others when they are the "new one" in whatever situation that may be. I like your background.
I know you are a huge blessing to your family. Enjoy your new hometown!
